The 16S_rRNA_library.fasta file is non-redundant (i.e., sequences from the same species that are not identical) and contains 16S rRNA sequence information from HROM and GTDB representative genomes classified as the same HROM species.
Header of the fasta file("16S_rRNA_library.fasta") contains the information of the respective sequence, separated by '|':
1. The species-level genome of the sequence
2. The genome quality of the sequence
3. number of sequence per species
4. The conspecific genome of origin for the sequence
5. length of the sequence
