  and GUNC CSS < 0.45) from 3,426 species and 8,492,076 nonredundant protein sequences with various annotations.
• HROM provides custom databases for Kraken2 and MetaPhlAn4, facilitating the taxonomic classification of metagenomic sequencing reads.
